So he’s always flirting with me and he’s te one that’s always texting me first and hits me up first. But today I want to text him, should I? What If he won’t answer and thinks I’m annoying, or what if he’s waiting for me to text him because he always does?or do guys like girls who act hard to get.

They definitely don’t think so (or at least I don’t). If he’s texting you first normally, it’s likely that he really wants to talk to you and be in contact with you as much as he can. If you text him first, it’ll make his day if he really does like you, because it shows that you like him back, in certain respects.

It’s okay to text first! It isn’t annoying it’s good to show that you’re interested now and again =)
Text first some days and wait for him other days, mix it up a little.
He has already shown interest by texting/flirting with you first and eventually he is going to probably expect you to return the favor just to know that you actually like him. If he keeps putting himself out there for you and you never do the same he might eventually think you don’t like him. I think you should text him back because he has already shown interest and i have a feeling it will make him feel good to know that you are thinking about him and got the courage to write him. Go for it, you’re not being annoying!
when does it get annoying? if you are constantly texting him but he’s not responding but it doesnt seem like thats the case for you.
