What are some pointers for having a good conversation (via text) with a girl you like?

You could try the weather as it changes a lot maybe football or cookery.They like cooking .

Ask her questions that reflect your interests. For example lets you like fishing. Ask her Do you like to fish? or if you are planning on asking her on a date and you happen to like seafood. Ask her Do you like seafood? I know of this (insert name of restaurant) would you like to accompany there or something. Also figure out what she likes and go from there.
just tell some jokes or say : open your door and you will see that i am in front of your door , just like these things
